STYLE SQUAD
Style isn’t just limited to the salon, and our Style Squad goes wherever style is needed. Students will get an opportunity to style for a wide variety of events, including fashion shows, community events, fashion photo shoots, and more. They’ll also be able to give back to the community by working fundraisers or working with local charities.
STUDENT MENTORING PROGRAM
Our mentoring program gives advanced students the opportunity to hone their leadership skills. Student mentors are given the opportunity to expand their leadership and education abilities by taking an active role in the Summit Salon Academy program. Student Mentors are routinely able to take their pick of salon positions after they graduate.
$300 CLUB
Retail product sales is a vital skill for any salon professional. Not only will you make more money, but your guests will be happier knowing that they can maintain their look and style at home. Retail sales and education is a key part of the Summit Salon Academy coursework, and the $300 Club is for those students who go above and beyond in retail sales.
