The level system is carefully planned out to be both extremely effective and easy to use at the same time. Each level is based on a specific number of referrals, guests, rebook percentage, retail sales, and other metrics. Every single one of these is a valuable part of being successful in the beauty industry. As students progress through the level system, they become experts at these skills.
